1. We begin with a first call with a prospective Buyer when an emailed INTRODUCTION CALL REQUEST FORM is sent to info@theencorecompany.com to schedule the call.
2. If a prospective Buyer wishes to advance after the first call, the next step is to complete the PRE-QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE and email it to info@theencorecompany.com for review.
3. We will send an NCNDA via DocuSign for signature by the Buyer, the Buyer Logistics Director, the Buyer Transaction Coordinator & the Buyer Facilitator who made this connection possible.
4. Once the NCNDA has been completed the onboarding call will be arranged between the principals from the Buyer and the Seller team.
5. During the on boarding call the Buyer is expected to prove the logistic and financial capacity of their own to engage in the transaction with the Seller with the chosen procedure.
6. When the Buyer demonstrates the capacity to engage in the transaction, we will provide the Sellers CIS for proper due diligence by the buyer.
7. After the onboarding call, instructions will be emailed to the Buyer to submit the ICPO with the approved and accepted procedure as well as the other required documents.
8. There will be a response to the respective ICPO with either a CI or a SPA depending on the type of transaction. (FOB or CIF).
