INTRODUCTION CALL

The Encore Company takes the necessary steps to ensure that buyer facilitators are properly compensated for their efforts in bringing a Real Buyer to the table for an introduction call. (no calls will take place without an introduction call request via email).


We want to make it clear that the Buyer pays the gross price for the product, and the Seller pays the buy side commission to the buy side facilitators appointed bank account to ensure that all parties involved in the transaction are compensated for their efforts.


It's important for buyer facilitators to understand that their role in the transaction is to  bring the buyer forward to an introduction call.


Once a facilitator brings the buyer forward it is our job to take over and assist the buyer in closing the transaction successfully.

We identify the correct components and work towards providing the best service to our Buyers.

  • We will introduce ourselves to the prospective buyer and explain the services we have to offer as well as  listen to what their needs are to determine  how we can best assist them on purchasing the product with the best posible procedure to fit their needs.


  • Once the prospective Buyer decides to move forward with a procedure option offered during the introduction call, they will be given instructions to fill out  our pre qualification questionnaire 100% and email it to us to info@theencorecompany.com  for review. The questionnaire must include corporate emails for the Buyer, Logistic Director and Transaction Coordinator as well as the name for the facilitator that brought them to the table. 


  • A copy of the buyer corporate certificate must be provided along with the questionnaire. (The questionnaire will not be accepted without it).


  • The facilitator section on the last page should be 100% filled in order for the questionnaire to be accepted, this is our way of knowing who brought the buyer to the table.
